Claudia is Investment Manager at Scail Capital. Scail Capital is a venture capital firm based in Switzerland that invests in attractive retail and consumer-related investment opportunities. Main sources of inspiration are the digital transformation and disruptive shifts in consumption. Claudia is responsible for target screening, leading due diligence processes and creating a value-add approach for portfolio companies. She initiated her career at Monitor Deloitte Brazil and Argentina, managing a variety of strategy projects across several industries. Before joining Scail Capital, Claudia worked for the retail and consumer goods investment division of the family office Península Participações in São Paulo. She holds a Master’s degree in Banking and Finance from University of St. Gallen, Switzerland and International Management from Fundação Getúlio Vargas São Paulo, Brazil and completed the course Foundations of Private Equity and Venture Capital at Harvard Business School.
