At Kompass, Carl-Luis is responsible for the deal flow lifecycle management and the first point of contact for startups and their entrepreneurs.

Before joining Kompass Digital he gained expertise in the fields of Strategy Consulting and Venture Capital. In particular, he got insights into Financial Services, Telecommunication and the Automotive Industry. Carl-Luis graduated from HHL – Graduate School of Management where he holds a Master in Management from. He lived in China, South-Korea and India.
