Eilat serves as the Director of Kimberly Clark Digital Innovation Lab, The Open Innovation initiative for Kimberly Clark, overseeing all Open Innovation initiatives for Kimberly Clark. Eilat has an extensive business development, M&A and investment background in myriad of fields, spanning SW, Internet, mobile and physical sciences. Prior to Kimberly Clark, Eilat has led Innovation programs and initiatives for Telecom service providers in various regions and across business groups. She has established the startup collaboration platform for Amdocs, as well as established and led the joint SingTel –Amdocs innovation center, where Innovative digital services are being conceptualized, scouted, tested and launched. Before Amdocs, Eilat has held senior roles leading the Marketing, Product Management and business development teams in large Enterprises as well as startup companies and has specialized in building new revenue generation activities in new domains. Eilat holds a B.SC. (magna cum laude) in Industrial Engineering & Management from the Technion, Israel Technological Institute and an MBA from Tel Aviv university.
