Heather is the Senior Manager of Vilcap Innovations where she leverages Village Capital's expertise, network and award-winning programming to connect large institutions (corporates, foundations, and governments) with entrepreneurial solutions to real-world problems. In this role, Heather leads Village Capital's work in the Middle East. Heather holds a J.D. from SUNY at Buffalo Law School, where she graduated Summa Cum Laude.
