Michael Rosen is a litigator who represents high-technology clients in cross-border intellectual property disputes. A U.S.-qualified lawyer based in Israel, Mr. Rosen handles patent, trademark and trade secret litigation, with an emphasis on advising Israel-based, multinational software, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, electronics and consumer products companies, including startups, mature enterprises and universities. Before joining Kobre & Kim, Mr. Rosen represented universities, venture capital firms and start-ups in intellectual property litigation matters, with a focus on patent law. Earlier in his career, he practiced in the intellectual property litigation group at Fish and Richardson P.C. He clerked for the Honorable Marilyn Huff of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California.
