Ori is a Managing General Partner of Magenta Venture Partners, an Israeli Venture Capital fund that is in partnership with Mitsui and Co. and includes other prominent Japanese investors.

Ori has over 20 years of technology, venture investing, fund raising and company development experience in the high tech field in Israel and internationally. Prior to Magenta, Ori served as Director of Investments for Motorola Solutions, heading corporate investment activities in Israel and Europe. Before Motorola Solutions, Ori served as an independent advisor and active board member of several successful startups and helped them achieve business success and exits. Ori started his venture investing carrier in 1998 at Giza Venture Capital where he was a Managing Director. During his time at Giza Ori established Giza’s office in New York and headed it for three years.
